Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking a Software Engineer in Maryland Heights, MO. In this role you will develop C# software for the MQ-28 program, following a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) software development methodology. Documenting software requirements and design, as well as, peer reviewing source code and documentation is required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Participate in self-organizing development team responsible for implementing MQ-28 related capabilities
  • Develop and integrate software in C# and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS)
  • Contribute to software requirements and design
  • Investigate and resolve software problem reports / bugs
  • Maintain assigned work items in Azure DevOps on a daily basis
  • Support project management in facilitating the agile program increment and iteration planning meetings

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance
  • 5+ years of experience with C# .NET development

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 5+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of directly related work experience OR 13+ years of related, relevant experience.
  • Experience with the Agile software development methodology; preferably SAFe Agile.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (formerly known as Team Foundation Server (TFS)) and Git for project tracking and CM
  • Experience with C# .NET services
  • Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with NuGet packages
  • Experience with Unit Tests
