Environmental Engineer (Mid-Level)
Company:

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Environmental Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world class EHS team located in Berkeley, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge and expertise in areas of stormwater, regulatory reporting, field sampling
  • Supports the development, implementation and monitoring of environmental management systems, processes and programs
  • Works with site stakeholders to assess the impact of emerging stormwater issues on company operations
  • Supports site interface with state and federal regulatory agencies and environmental reporting

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in Environmental Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience interacting directly with state and federal regulatory agencies
  • 3+ years of experience with environmental compliance, spill response, and water quality.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Stormwater Permit/ Management experience required
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited course of study, in environmental engineering, environmental science, environmental management, biology or chemistry.
  • Experience with environmental compliance or regulations
