Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality repairs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of technicians and administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, striving for exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, implementing new techniques and technologies where appropriate.

Requirements:
  • Needs experience in Estimating Software.
  • Needs knowledge of auto insurance and insurance claims process.
  • Proven experience in automotive repair, with a focus on body work.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software related to automotive repair.
