Body Shop Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Specialist

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our busy Collision Center.

We are a third-generation, family-owned company representing 24 dealerships, 15 collision centers, and 18 automotive brands, proudly supporting over 90 local charities and organizations.
What You'll Do
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Support daily office operations within the collision center
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, deposits, receipts & petty cash
  • Assist with insurance processing, data entry, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate files, reports, and records
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
  • Computer skills required (QuickBooks or similar a plus)
