Body Shop Assistant Manager / Collision Center Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet all customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, fleet providers, and manufacturers.
  • Perform vehicle damage assessments and create detailed repair cost estimates.
  • Prepare accurate damage reports efficiently.
  • Assist in managing shop production costs and workflow.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on daily tasks and dispatches using computerized systems.
  • Provide support and assistance to employees as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Collision Center or Auto Body Shop (preferred).
  • Prior automotive body shop estimating or insurance adjusting experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of the collision repair process.
  • Ability to handle high volumes and work under pressure.
  • Experience maintaining a fast-paced workflow in a collision shop.
  • Proficiency with collision management software (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
