Job Description
The candidate would be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, learning about the products (including both fashion and sport) styles Swim Quik offers, and educating customers about those items. The candidate will work one-on-one with customers to help them find the proper swimsuit and accessories.
The associate would assist with preparing new merchandise for the sales floor, arranging new merchandise, changing out displays and maintaining an organized shopping environment. Other duties include light cleaning, daily paperwork, answering phones and notifying customers when special orders are ready.
Swim Quik also sets up pop-up shops at area swim meets and holds swim team fittings throughout the year with its sport-related merchandise where the sales associate would assist with set-up and assist customers with purchases.
Qualifications Needed:
-Retail experience (women's fashion preferred) but willing to train if you have no experience
-Friendly, outgoing personality
-Enjoy working with customers of all ages, from toddlers to retirees
-Able to multi-task & detail-oriented
-Must have reliable transportation
