Location: Lenexa, KS
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated Painter to become a valued member of our Rebuild/Production team in a safety-focused environment with opportunities for growth and development.

What You'll Do

As a Painter, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality finished products by:

  • Preparing parts and components for painting through cleaning, masking, sanding, and other finishing processes.
  • Applying paint and coatings according to quality specifications and customer requirements.
  • Inspecting completed work to ensure a professional finish and adherence to quality standards.
  • Accurately identifying and tracking parts using work order numbers before painting or powder coating.
  • Following all safety procedures and properly using required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous painting experience in a manufacturing, production, body shop, or industrial setting preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and kneeling throughout the shift.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
