Job description

Group Fitness Instructor- BFT Frisco
BFT is looking for a high-energy Group Fitness Instructor who can lead from the front, command a room, and create an exceptional member experience.
We deliver 50-minute, science-backed group training sessions designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and drive real results. Our coaches are the key to it all.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach group training sessions for up to 36 members
  • Motivate, correct form, and engage members throughout each class
  • Create a positive, inclusive, high-energy training environment
  • Build strong relationships and drive member retention
  • Assist with studio operations including setup, breakdown, and cleanliness
Requirements
  • Group Fitness Certification and/or Certified personal trainer or relevant degree (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
  • Minimum 1 year coaching experience, group training preferred
  • Strong communication, energy, and presence
  • Passion for fitness, strength training, and community
  • CPR and AED certified or willing to obtain
