Job Title: EHS Orientation Trainer
Duration: 10+ Months
Location: Selma NC USA 27616 [Candidate must be able to work onsite.]
Schedule: 40 hr work week. 8:00am - 5:00pm

As an EHS Orientation Trainer, you will play a critical role in shaping the first impressions and long-term success of our new hires. You’ll deliver engaging, safety-focused onboarding programs that ensure employees are well-prepared, confident, and compliant from day one. Your expertise will help foster a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate onboarding training sessions for new employees, both in classroom and hands-on environments.
• Create new and update existing training material, manuals, and presentations to align with current safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct evaluations to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders and onboarding and training coordinators to tailor onboarding experiences to specific roles and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety requirements.

Education & Experience
• Required:
• OSHA 30 Authorized Trainer (Construction)
• 3–5 years of experience delivering classroom-based training
• 3–5 years of experience in training content development
• 1–2 years of hands-on training experience
• Preferred:
• Fall Protection Experienced Trainer
• Confined Space Experienced Trainer
• Forklift / Rough Terrain Experienced Trainer
• CPR / First Aid / AED Trainer
• Fire Extinguisher Safety Experienced Trainer
• Rigging & Signaling Experienced Trainer
• Electrical Safety NFPA 70E Experienced Trainer
