Chattanooga Fit Body Boot Camp is hiring high-energy, mission-driven fitness coaches who want more than a job — they want to inspire fitness & change lives.

We’re building a tight-knit coaching team that brings positivity, leadership, and passion to every class. If you love motivating others, leading from the front, and thriving in a fast-paced, team-first environment, this may be the role for you.

Position Details

  • Part-Time: 9–16 hours/week
  • Full-Time: 40 hours/week
  • Approximately 30 hours/week coaching on the floor

Coach Responsibilities

  • Lead 30-minute group HIIT sessions
  • Demonstrate exercises and coach proper form
  • Modify movements for all fitness levels
  • Build strong relationships with members
  • Motivate clients to push past limits safely
  • Follow up and engage with clients outside of sessions
  • Provide and receive coaching feedback
  • Assist with basic admin tasks (calls, emails, social media)
  • Participate in content creation and community outreach
  • Maintain a clean, safe training environment

Coaching Schedule

Due to member demand, coaches must be available for split shifts.

Weekdays

  • Morning: 4:45 AM – 10:15 AM
  • Evening: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Weekends

  • Morning only: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Credentials

  • National certifications (ACE, NASM, ACSM, etc.) are preferred but not required
  • Fit Body Boot Camp provides its own certification, to be completed within 30 days of hire
