Job Description: Provide support to the Exceptional Children Office in need.
Typical Duties (Will include some of these duties):
  1. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls or messages to appropriate personnel.
  2. Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and packages.
  3. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for student and program records.
  4. Support tasks that need to be completed during the day(s) of substituting.
  5. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all FERPA and IDEA regulations.
  6. Perform other such duties as assigned by administration.

Qualifications:
Must possess or meet requirements for School Aide. Clerical experience strongly preferred, including word processing and database knowledge.
