Job description

We're looking for a Bobst Operator to join our team! Join us and be part of our story-apply today!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, load, and operate the Bobst according to job bags and specifications.
  • Review work orders to determine machine settings, tooling, and adjustments.
  • Install templates and tooling to ensure proper alignment and product accuracy.
  • Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality, measurements, and customer specifications are met.
  • Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Report breakdowns, malfunctions, and production issues promptly.
  • Assist with training and supporting crew members while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience operating Bobst equipment preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret job bags and production specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Die Cutting equipment experience preferred.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and standing for the entire shift.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Training:
Training may be conducted at the Berryville location for up to six months or longer, as needed. Training hours may take place during the day, regardless of the shift the employee is hired for.
Work Schedule:
  • 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm
