The Boat House of Cape Coral is looking for an energetic and positive Dockhand to serve our customers with pride and a smile.

While the marine industry is an energetic, sporty and fun, the ability to offer that professional touch while being casual is essential for success. This position does require weekend hours.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong customer service skills.
  • Have an upbeat and energetic personality.
  • Be punctual with good attendance.
  • Have some knowledge of boating as they will be explaining the expectations and use of boats to rental customers.
  • Assist Fork Lift driver with spotting boat moves
  • Assist customers with docking boats on the dock
  • Moving boats up and down the docks as needed
  • Assisting the rental office with tasks as needed
