Boating Specialist In Fiberglass Boat Sales

The Boating Specialist in Fiberglass Boat Sales is a key role within our organization. This position is responsible for effectively promoting and selling fiberglass boats to potential customers, playing a significant role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers interested in purchasing fiberglass boats.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of fiberglass boats, including features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and informative presentations to highlight the advantages of our fiberglass boats.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend suitable boat options.
  • Demonstrations: Arrange and conduct boat demonstrations and sea trials.
  • Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate sales terms effectively, including pricing, financing, and delivery.
  • Contract Preparation: Assist customers with sales contracts and necessary paperwork.
  • Customer Support: Provide comprehensive support throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and updates.

  • Travel: Attend boat shows and industry events as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).

Position Type:
