Successful completion of New York State Boating Course required. Must possess a valid public vessel license issued by the appropriate regulatory authority.

Skills Required:

Provide high level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of boating safety protocols and regulations.

Experience / Education:

High School diploma and/or equivalent work experience.

Successful completion of New York State Boating Course.

Must possess a valid public vessel license issued by the appropriate regulatory authority.

Previous experience operating motorized boats and watercraft, preferably in a commercial or resort setting.
