Description

As our Dock Attendant, you will help maintain a safe and clean lake area while ensuring all boats dock safely and assist in other general cleaning.


This position is for the 2026 season, start dates range during Month of May, Memorial Day weekend through the summer availability required.


This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Ensure all posted lake rules are being adhered to
  • Ensure safety equipment is present and in working order
  • Check the first aid kit for needed supplies on a daily basis
  • Check the security of anchors and attachments
  • Assist guests in and out of boat slips
  • Help with trash and general cleanliness


Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Basic rope knots knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
