Job description

The purpose of the Board of Directors is to provide good governance for The Upfront Theatre by ensuring all corporate, legal, financial, and mission obligations are met. The Board of Directors is solely responsible for determining policy in the following areas: Human Resources, Finance, and Organizational Operations. The Board of Directors sets long and short range goals, approves the annual budgets and is responsible for diversified fund development, and the leadership development of the organization.
