Job description

Urology Opening in Santa Rosa, CAWe are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established practice. Seeking a provider that has a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction. This is a permanent opportunity with a combination of scheduled clinical hours and shared call coverage in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

  • Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
  • EMR: Epic
  • Average Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per day
  • Schedule & Call
  • Shared beeper call approximately 1:4
  • Approximately 7–10 call days per month
  • Onsite during weekday hours (7:00 AM–5:00 PM)
  • After-hours and weekend call response time: 30 minutes
  • Average callback to the hospital: 3–5 times per week
  • The practice is supported by:
  • 2 Registered Nurses

  • 1 Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP)
