Join Our Team: Coach with Loudoun Soccer Minis Powered by Soccer Stars!

Are you enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about working with children? Soccer Stars is proud to partner with the Loudoun Soccer Club to launch Loudoun Soccer Minis Powered by Soccer Stars-a dynamic program focused on early childhood development through the game of soccer. We're looking for fun-loving, reliable, and committed individuals in Greater Loudoun to join our growing coaching team!  As a Soccer Stars coach, you'll lead children ages 1 to 5 in engaging, age-appropriate soccer activities that build confidence, coordination, and character-all while having fun! This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience working with children-as a teacher, sports coach, camp counselor, nanny, or caregiver-and who's excited about making a lasting impact. We provide hands-on training, a flexible schedule, and exciting performance-based incentives.  New coaches start at $35 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $50 per hour as they grow within the program. Full-day Saturday coaching opportunities are available during our Open Enrollment season, and training is held in March in the Spring and August for the Fall.  Be a positive role model. Stay active. Help shape the next generation-one kick at a time.

The Company:

Soccer Stars Parent company, Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board.

Requirements

  • Can commit to working up to 8 hours per Saturday for all 7 Saturdays of the Spring (April to May) and/or Fall Season (September to October).
  • Reliable communication

  • A passion for working with children
  • A positive mindset with a desire to have fun while teaching
  • At least 18 years or older 
  • No soccer experience needed

The Schedule:

All 7 Saturdays of the Spring (April to May) and/or Fall Seasons (September to October) with potential make-up days for weather events. Up to 8 hours of work each Saturday - morning and afternoon.

The Location:

Classes are held across Loudoun County, VA and surrounding areas in pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.
