Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Service Admin to join our team at Asheville Ford Lincoln. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions efficiently, and support our service and sales operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.

This position is Full Time, and is a 3 day work week.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using point-of-sale systems.
  • Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment, ensuring accuracy in handling all transactions.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate department via phone or in person.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.
  • Any other duties requested by department Manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and operate checkout equipment.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
