Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $21.54hr - $26.54hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of related customer service, administrative, or operations experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with ERP systems or working in a regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational, administrative, and customer service support for medical device Field Actions.
  • Partner with Field Action Team Leads and other internal teams to ensure assigned activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and research or verify customer contact information.
  • Prepare, assemble, label, and ship Field Action notification packages.
  • Support product return activities, including tracking and processing RMAs.
  • Pull ERP reports and organize customer, product, and shipment information for assessment by the Field Action team.
  • Track customer responses and maintain accurate Field Action records and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement activities and special projects.
  • Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with applicable quality requirements and procedures.
  • Research customer contact information and reach out to customers via email and phone.
  • Support customer inquiries via email interactions.
  • Due to nature of job The candidate must have Ability to stuff, label, and send materials to customers.
