Job description

Job Summary:

Supports customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales; Lead to close. Executes, supports, improves selected activities under limited supervision.

We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Distribution business.

This is a remote/hybrid position. Candidates can be based in any time zone but are expected to work standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in their local time zone, with occasional onsite requirements as needed.
 

You will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Respond to customer calls and emails, qualify inquiries, and route opportunities to the appropriate sales professionals
  • Prepare budgetary quotes by gathering technical information, pricing, lead times, and customer requirements
  • Process customer orders, acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notices while ensuring accuracy and timely communication
  • Create and manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) contracts, work orders, and service-related documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer, order, pricing, and service issues
  • Review dashboards, audit reports, and operational data to support service and sales activities

  1. Receive PM request from SDCS team and enter into tracker 
  2. PM contract creation (SOW, Pricing etc.)
  3. Create/Open PM work orders (SRT, parts etc.) and send over to responsible team in the requested time frame 
  4. Inform the NADC team of any missing information (contact, parts, units etc.)
  5. Change requests to fix incorrect information (address, parts, units etc.) 
  6. Sending PM work orders to Field Aware
  7. Managing any changes to the FieldAware/BMS WO (cancelation, change of service)
  8. Issue credits rebills for PM contract pricing issues
  9. Route process issues to the appropriate stakeholder (NADC, SDCS, etc.)  
  10. Review dashboard and audit reports
  11. Customer specific PEM checklist FA forms (National Accounts)

    Education, Licenses, Certifications: 
    High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
    This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 
    Experience: 
    Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
     

    Compensation and Benefits 
    Base salary rate commensurate with experience. In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong customer service and sales support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, contracts, work orders, and customer requests with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining detailed records
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency working with service management, CRM, ERP, or work order systems
  • Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate resolutions across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering customer-focused solutions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and support continuous process improvement initiatives
