Job Description

Currently hiring for both a 36 and 24 Hour Night Float Pool RN. The Registered Nurse is accountable for planning, organizing, directing, delivering and coordinating patient care to attain and maintain maximum function, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established policies & procedures. Coordinates care among patient/family, medicine, nursing, ancillary, and other team personnel. Acts as patient advocate and maintains current knowledge and standards of professional nursing practice. May function as a first-line manager in patient care service during an assigned shift.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Med Surg experience required. Will float to med/surg and telemetry departments .
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse which allows you to practice in the state of MA
  • Current BLS certification issued by American Heart Association Healthcare Provider.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
