Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery

  • Conduct patient education and training sessions to promote independence and self-care
