What you will do

Operate CNC mills, lathes, loading and unloading parts, adjusting offsets, reading and interpret blueprints, basic tool changes, quality control. Haas, Mazak, Okuma Controls, understand tolerences & more.

Operate Blanchard Grinders/rotary surface grinders (manual or CNC), tolerences, quality control, blueprint reading and interpretation, preventative maintenance & more.

What You’ll DoWhat We’re Looking For

3 + years prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment

Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
