The Role: Global Client Marketing is responsible for growing the Blue Owl brand and driving assets into commercial products with Private Wealth and Institutional Capital clients across key markets (e.g., AMRS, EMEA and APAC). We are hiring a marketing professional to lead the strategic evolution of our digital ecosystem for our client businesses.

This role sits on the Digital & Campaigns team within Global Client Marketing and reports to the Head of Digital & Campaigns. The position is responsible for leading the strategic evolution of the firm's digital ecosystem, with a primary focus centered on scaling the global marketing technology stack to support demand generation and lead nurturing, while ensuring seamless integration and alignment across campaigns, web, and the broader marketing ecosystem.

Partnering closely with the broader marketing team and key stakeholders, this individual will translate business and marketing priorities into scalable digital experiences, using datadriven insights to continuously optimize performance, effectiveness, and growth over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Help shape Blue Owl's global digital marketing strategy across client businesses, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and commercial objectives.

  • Define, own, and operationalize a global digital & campaigns roadmap across wealth.blueowl.com and the firm's marketing technology ecosystem.

  • Own and oversee the marketing technology stack, including CMS, marketing automation, personalization, analytics, and the lead management and leadscoring framework, to support scalable growth and effective lead nurturing.

  • Oversee the implementation, optimization, and evolution of digital platforms and tools, ensuring they are effectively leveraged to drive engagement, performance, and efficiency.

  • Integrate digital strategy into global campaign planning and execution, ensuring strong crosschannel alignment and activation across regions and client segments.

  • Lead digital performance measurement and reporting, establishing KPIs and dashboards to optimize campaigns and inform seniorlevel decisionmaking.

  • Partner with Data & Analytics teams to build Tableau dashboards, develop performance reporting, and analyze campaign results to ensure digital efforts are continuously optimized.

  • Collaborate with external agency partners to enhance UX and UI across digital journeys, ensuring the each digital marketing touch point reflects the firm's brand, positioning, and value proposition.

  • Manage multiple agency partners, providing clear direction, prioritization, and oversight.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, financial services and asset management is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field required

  • Demonstrated experience with managing and implementing digital marketing initiatives that will scale to support the requirements of a growing organization

  • Platform experience (or similar platforms): HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Tableau

  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (primarily PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Driven, self-starter with the ability to own and execute on a range of initiatives while managing multiple stakeholders and staying strategically focused

  • Strong leadership and consensus building skills, with a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving change; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Results driven with a high-level of attention to detail, commitment to excellence, ability to multiple task, think proactivity and find connectivity across teams

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $120,000 to $140,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
