Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of overall IT experience in network security, infrastructure, or cyber security roles
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing web content filtering and proxy infrastructure (forward and reverse proxy)
  • 5+ years of experience with network security technologies including firewalls, content inspection, malware inspection, or similar
  • Strong experience in service request fulfillment, incident, change, and problem management in enterprise environments
  • Experience with tools/technologies such as:
    • Radware, Alteon, FireEye (advanced troubleshooting/configuration)
    • Bluecoat ProxySG / Bluecoat Management Center / BCAAA (preferred)
    • McAfee Web Gateway, McAfee DLP (preferred)
    • F5 SSLO, Netskope (nice to have)
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and directory services:
    • LDAP, Kerberos, IWA/IWA-Direct, SSO, Active Directory
  • ITIL knowledge and experience working within structured change management processes
  • Professional certification preferred (e.g., CCNA Security, CCNP, BCCPA, CISSP, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent)
