Job description

An industry-leading engineering firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, and land use planning is seeking a Civil Project Manager to help them exceed client needs through superior quality and innovation at their Woodinville, WA or Tumwater, WA office.

Your Day Includes

  • Managing design and technical staff to ensure project success.
  • Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and financial management.
  • Leading business development efforts and client management.
  • Designing site grading, stormwater, sewer, and water systems.
  • Preparing reports, specifications, proposals, and project documentation.

Must Haves

  • BS in Civil Engineering or related field (MS or MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of civil project management experience with private projects.
  • Washington State PE License (multi-state preferred).
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
