Partner Network Account Executive

Position Overview: Blue Yonder is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Network Account Executive to cultivate and manage strategic relationships within our partner network. This role focuses on driving business growth through effective partnership management, ensuring alignment with Blue Yonder's strategic goals. The Partner Network Account Executive will work closely with key partners to identify opportunities, facilitate collaboration, and achieve mutual business objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with Blue Yonder's business goals.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance the partner network.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and meet partner requirements.
  • Engage in end-to-end partner lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless integration and support for partners.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and providing strategic insights.
  • Represent Blue Yonder at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen relationships and promote the company's solutions.
  • Develop partner go-to-market strategies and joint business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management solutions and technology trends.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and partner management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 plus commission.
