Job description

Position: WFM Blue Yonder Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder (Workforce Management) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Blue Yonder WFM modules, strong understanding of workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end WFM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional design and implementation of Blue Yonder WFM solutions (Time & Attendance, Forecasting, Scheduling, Labor Standards).
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, map business processes, and recommend best practices.
  • Configure and test Blue Yonder modules to align with organizational needs.
  • Provide functional expertise during integration with HR, Payroll, and ERP systems.
  • Conduct workshops, user training, and post-go-live support.
  • Create detailed documentation including design specs, test scripts, and functional requirements.
  • Work with technical teams to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Blue Yonder Workforce Management (JDA WFM).
  • Proven experience in implementing Forecasting, Scheduling, and Time & Attendance modules.
  • Strong understanding of Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain business processes.
  • Experience integrating Blue Yonder WFM with SAP, Oracle, or Kronos systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Blue Yonder Certification preferred.
