Supervises Rehab Services daily activities. Coordinates and supervises staff and clinical affiliates, treatments and activity schedule. Assists in planning and establishing policies and procedures and development of new programs. Trains and monitors competency of new and current personnel. Assists in staff performance evaluations. Direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as dictated by census with a negative variance. Assists Director in management of department and assumes any delegated assignments.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.     Graduate from an approved school of physical therapy with a BA or BS degree.

2.     Three years experience as a practicing physical therapist.

3.     Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state.

4.     BCLS for healthcare provider’s certification upon hire and maintain current.
