Reservation Agent – Full Time

The Reservation Agent is a key part of our guest experience team, serving as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for guests seeking to book accommodations and services at Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center. In this role, you'll handle reservation inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional service—helping guests plan and enjoy their stay from the very first interaction. Reservation agents support operational goals while creating smooth, positive experiences for guests.

Answer incoming calls and greet callers warmly and professionally

Listen carefully to guest requests and provide accurate reservation information

Assist guests with booking accommodations, upselling packages, and explaining resort amenities

Process wake‑up call requests and record them accurately

Provide information about resort services, facilities, local attractions, and policies

Communicate deposit, guarantee, and cancellation policies clearly to guests

Handle guest issues or booking concerns with patience, empathy, and effective problem‑solving, escalating when appropriate

Maintain accurate records of calls and reservations

Promote Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center and available marketing programs

Comply with attendance standards and be available to work your scheduled shifts

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned by management

  • 1+ years of hotel or reservation experience preferred — strong experience will help you excel in this role and serve guests with confidence
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone presence
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Friendly, guest‑focused approach with a commitment to quality service
  • Comfortable using reservation systems and basic office technology
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
