We pride ourselves in having the best training so no matter your experience we can help you! We are looking for the Best Housekeeping person in the city! Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites North (a dual property location).
As a Housekeeping Lead at the hotels, your general responsibilities will be to clean assigned rooms, assign rooms to be cleaned to room attendants by shift, including finalizing daily paperwork by shift end, inspect all rooms and common areas each day to ensure quality standards are met, supervise the day-to-day operation of the department and work activities of assigned personnel, assist with inventory, and maintain compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards. It is preferred that you have a high school diploma, some knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques, the ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations, the ability to make fast and sound decisions, have the desire to reach perfection, the ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence and memos, a be available to work weekends.
