We are seeking a passionate, creative, and highly skilled Chef with a strong background in Mediterranean and Modern Israeli cuisine to lead and help evolve an exciting restaurant concept in Boca Raton.

This is an opportunity for a chef who loves bold flavors, beautiful presentation, live-fire cooking, fresh ingredients, and creating dishes that people can’t stop talking about.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the culinary team
• Develop new Mediterranean / Israeli-inspired dishes
• Maintain food quality and consistency at the highest level
• Manage kitchen operations, food cost, inventory, and labor
• Create specials and seasonal menus that drive excitement
• Train and mentor kitchen staff
• Work closely with ownership on concept evolution and growth

Preferred Experience

• Mediterranean / Israeli cuisine experience required
• Experience with live-fire, charcoal grill, or wood-fired cooking preferred
• Strong knowledge of fresh seafood, grilled meats, mezze, and modern plating
• Experience in upscale casual or chef-driven restaurants
• Brunch experience is a major plus
