Job description

Blue & Co., LLC, is a dynamic and innovative accounting firm that provides growth-committed entrepreneurial clients with accounting and consulting services. With a commitment to excellence and a track record of success, we seek a dedicated Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager to support our healthcare practice and drive the strategic marketing brand initiatives that drive our ongoing growth and success.

As the Healthcare Marketing Manager at Blue & Co., LLC, you will be pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing brand strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience. You will oversee all aspects of marketing the Blue & Co. brand, from brand standards and digital presence to brand campaign management.

If you thrive in a hands-on, execution-driven environment where you can make an immediate impact, this could be a great opportunity for you.

While this position partners closely with healthcare leadership on strategy, the individual in this role is personally responsible for building and launching campaigns end-to-end. This includes writing and building marketing emails, creating landing pages, developing campaign assets, and executing within marketing automation and CRM tools. This role does not have a dedicated execution team or external agencies to support day-to-day operations.

We will also consider exceptional candidates in Indianapolis, IN or Columbus, OH.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
  • Direct partnership with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives
  • Opportunity to make a measurable impact on firm's growth trajectory
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture within an established firm
  • Professional development support

Essential Functions:

  • Digital Marketing:
    • Collaborate with healthcare leaders to maximize the healthcare service lineโ€™s online presence through maintaining website assets, managing and posting thought leadership, and using SEO strategies.
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns through social media and email marketing to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, presentations, whitepapers, webinars, and videos.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that showcases the firmโ€™s expertise and thought leadership.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Event Management:
    • Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of conferences and other planned business development events.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with firm and marketing leadership to develop and implement marketing plans that support overall business goals and objectives for the healthcare service line and affiliate marketing programs.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
    • Analyze and assess market data to refine target audience segments and messaging strategies.
  • Brand Development:
    • Manage and enhance the firmโ€™s healthcare brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, events, and communication channels.
    • Maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.

Requirement: Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role at a professional services firm or healthcare organization.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience building and executing B2B marketing campaigns, including writing emails, creating landing pages, and launching campaigns within marketing automation platforms (not just overseeing or approving work)
  • Experience in marketing tools and platforms such as WordPress, Introhive, IBISWorld, and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools, with direct experience building campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and reports.
  • Ability to provide examples or a portfolio of executed campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (includes being polished, courteous, professional); sound professional judgment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% to Blue & Co. office locations

If you are a results-oriented, hands-on marketer with a passion for driving growth innovation, we encourage you to apply for the position of Healthcare Marketing Manager at Blue & Co., LLC. We look forward to reviewing your application and considering you for this exciting opportunity.
