Primary Responsibilities:
Own the Sales Process & Client Engagement:
  • Conduct strategic prospecting and outreach via phone, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Research and identify high-potential leads, initiating valuable conversations that uncover their needs.

Develop a Sales Foundation for Long-Term Growth:
  • Gain hands-on experience managing the top of the sales funnel-from initial prospecting to setting qualified meetings and ensuring they hold.
  • Master the fundamentals of consultative sales, prospecting, and relationship-building, preparing you to own a territory and close deals in the future.

Drive Strategy & Adaptability
  • Adapt messaging and sales strategies based on market feedback and performance data.
  • Develop a growth mindset, consistently learning and refining your approach.
