This full-time position offers flexibility through a fully remote setting, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your own home while reaching clients in Victorville, California, and beyond. You will engage in regular virtual meetings with colleagues to discuss treatment strategies and share feedback on best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting virtual assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client's mental health needs and crafting tailored treatment plans based on their unique situations and aspirations.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care that enhances treatment outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date client records and documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a solid track record of effectively supporting clients.
• A strong understanding of various mental health issues and treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively within a virtual environment, leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach that prioritizes the well-being and growth of clients.

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be considered assets:

• Experience in community health settings or telehealth service delivery.
