Our client provides a solution for oil processing and recycling, "Recycling Today for A Better Tomorrow". They secure grease trap cleaning and UCO hauling. Their grease trap experts have a combined experience of over 40 years. They will help ensure that businesses comply with all current grease trap regulations. All material removed from traps is recycled at their plant in Columbus, Ohio, through an environmentally friendly process. They maintain complete records of grease trap manifests and furnish their customers with a logbook, ensuring that their grease trap is one less worry.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support plant operations, capital projects, and process improvements across their facility. This role requires hands-on involvement in planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to industrial wastewater, separation equipment, and plant infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead execution of capital projects, including equipment installs, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets; track progress through completion
  • Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure efficient execution
  • Partner with Operations and Maintenance to improve equipment performance and reliability
  • Develop cost estimates and support capital planning initiatives
  • Track and communicate key project metrics (cost, timeline, performance)
  • Ensure projects meet safety and compliance standards
  • Other duties, as needed

PREFERRED PROFILE:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 5-7 years of project management, plant operations, or industrial environments
  • Experience managing projects involving equipment or contractors
  • Ability to read basic mechanical drawings or schematics
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
