Summary
We are seeking a Blockchain Architect to join our team on a 1-year fixed term. In this role, you will lead the design and architecture of enterprise blockchain and digital asset solutions, providing technical leadership across platform strategy, smart contract architecture, privacy frameworks, integration patterns, and governance standards. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and business-focused solutions while shaping the future direction of blockchain capabilities within the organization.
What will your typical day look like?
  • Define and own the target architecture for enterprise blockchain and digital asset platforms.
  • Design smart contract architectures, governance frameworks, and permission models.
  • Establish privacy, security, and confidentiality standards for blockchain solutions.
  • Define enterprise integration patterns between blockchain platforms and existing applications.
  • Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making across the program.
  • Evaluate blockchain technologies, vendors, and emerging industry trends.
  • Design wallet, custody, key management, and digital asset infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical roadmaps.
  • Produce architecture decision records and technical design documentation.
  • Mentor development and infrastructure teams while providing technical leadership.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts, risks, and recommendations.

You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:

  • 8+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture experience.
  • 3+ years of blockchain or distributed ledger technology experience.
  • Deep expertise in Ethereum and EVM-based architecture.
  • Experience with Hyperledger Besu, Quorum, or similar enterprise blockchain platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of Solidity and smart contract architecture.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, consensus mechanisms, and fault-tolerant architectures.
  • Experience designing blockchain security and privacy solutions.
  • Experience with digital asset custody, wallet infrastructure, MPC, or HSM technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
  • Experience preparing architecture documentation, standards, and governance artifacts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.


It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

  • TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
  • Experience with tokenization platforms and digital asset ecosystems.
  • Experience with cross-chain interoperability solutions.
  • Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs, confidential transactions, and privacy-enhancing technologies.
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital asset or blockchain transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with settlement networks, digital payments, or financial market infrastructure.
  • Experience evaluating blockchain vendors, products, and emerging protocols.
  • Experience working within highly regulated enterprise environments.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
