Job DescriptionEssential Functions & Duties:
  • Work across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Serve as a senior technical resource for Blazor and Power Platform development projects.
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Blazor Hybrid components.
  • Develop hybrid applications using .NET, C#, Blazor web, MAUI/Blazor Hybrid mobile, and Power Platform connectors.
  • Familiar with design and optimizing Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and integrations with external systems.
  • Build advanced automation workflows and integrations using Power Automate and REST APIs.
  • Integrate Blazor Hybrid applications with Power Apps and Dataverse
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on Power Platform and Blazor Hybrid best practices.
  • Produce clear technical documentation and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills, Qualifications, and Certifications of Best Candidates:
  • 2+ years of experience developing Power Platform solutions, including 2+ years of Dataverse experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with .NET, C#, and Blazor (Server, WASM, or Hybrid/MAUI).
  • Hands‑on experience integrating Blazor Hybrid applications with Power Platform services and connectors.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture, API integrations, Azure AD authentication, and role‑based security.
  • Demonstrated experience designing scalable Dataverse data models and applications.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly adaptable, dependable, and able to work independently in dynamic environments.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and the ability to maintain a big‑picture perspective while addressing detailed requirements.
  • Experience with secure coding practices, including familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 and the use of vulnerability scanning tools
  • Ability to leverage modern AI capabilities such as agentic coding or AI‑assisted development to improve code quality, security, and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building accessible Power Platform and Blazor solutions in compliance with Section 508 requirements.
  • Experience using Figma UI/UX designs created by a UI/UX designer, including wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.
  • Experience with PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, Visual Studio and CoPilot.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and requirements‑gathering tools (DevOps).
  • Experience working in federal government environments or other regulated industries.
Citizenship or Work Authorization Required:
  • Ability to attain a Federal Government Position of Trust.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must pass a federal background investigation.
Target Salary Range

Compensation for roles at Synergy is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the requirements of the role; level of experience; education and certifications; the individual’s combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities; as well as alignment with market data, federal and state laws, and other business and contract considerations. The estimated pay range for this position is: $102,298.00 –$146,140.00 . The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and represent just one component of Synergy’s total compensation package for employees.
