Junior Entwickler:innen (m/w/d) .NET / Blazor

Unser internes Entwicklungsteam besteht derzeit aus fünf erfahrenen Senior-Entwicklern sowie zwei Auszubildenden. Wir arbeiten nach Scrum und legen großen Wert auf einen engen, kollegialen Austausch im Team. Unsere Aufgabe ist die Weiter- und Neuentwicklung kanzleiinterner Software, mit der wir interne Prozesse erweitern, optimieren und automatisieren – von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz. Unsere Anwendungen sind mit diversen Drittsystemen wie RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, WebDAV-Servern und Watchdog-Diensten ausgestattet. Zudem beschäftigen wir uns aktuell mit der Anbindung unserer Software an verschiedene Sprachmodelle (LLMs).

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege bestehender kanzleiinterner Anwendungen sowie Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Softwarelösungen
  • Design und Optimierung von Datenbankstrukturen und Abfragen in MS SQL
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in unserem Scrum-Team – von der Anforderungsanalyse über Sprint Planning und Reviews bis zur Umsetzung
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Optimierung und Automatisierung interner Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe
  • Arbeiten mit Drittsystemen und -komponenten in unserer Applikationslandschaft, u. a. RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, WebDAV-Server und Watchdog-Diensten
  • Mitwirkung an der Anbindung unserer Software an verschiedene Sprachmodelle (LLMs)
  • Enger fachlicher Austausch mit Kolleg:innen im Team und innerhalb der Kanzlei
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Visual Studio, idealerweise inklusive Erfahrung mit GitHub Copilot
  • Praxiserfahrung mit .NET Core, Blazor und MS SQL
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Freude an agilen Arbeitsmethoden wie z.B. Scrum
  • Vorkenntnisse im Vibe-Coding und Interesse, diesen Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
