Role Overview:
This role is for a UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on web application development using the Blazor framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces, creating detailed prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and enhance user interfaces for web applications using the Blazor framework, ensuring consistency with branding and best design practices.
  • Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate designs based on user feedback.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA engineers to translate product requirements into engaging and functional designs.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across different projects.
  • Design for a variety of screen sizes, ensuring consistent experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately in the Blazor framework, providing design assets and specifications.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous work (web applications, mobile apps, etc.).
  • Experience with Blazor, including knowledge of Blazor components, layout patterns, and integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, UI design, and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
