ASSYST is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Blazor Developer to support our client in the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of modern web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies, C# Blazor development, front-end and back-end web technologies, database programming, and Agile software development methodologies. This role requires experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving technical issues, modernizing legacy applications, and delivering responsive, accessible, and high-quality software solutions.

Job Title: Senior Full Stack .NET Blazor Developer Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web-based software applications using modern development frameworks and technologies.
  • Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain applications using technologies including .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and Stored Procedures.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web applications following modern web development best practices.
  • Develop applications using C# .NET Blazor and support modernization initiatives by migrating existing Java or Windows Forms applications to C# .NET Blazor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, development activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Present software application changes and demonstrations to stakeholders to obtain approval for proposed solutions and designs.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools to manage development tasks, track progress, and support project delivery.
  • Implement responsive web design principles to ensure applications function effectively across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Develop applications that comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to support accessibility standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support application enhancements, modifications, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience developing web-based software applications.
  • Strong experience performing root cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and technologies including .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and Stored Procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with C# .NET Blazor development.
  • Experience migrating or porting applications from Java or Windows Forms to C# .NET Blazor.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development methodologies.
  • Experience working within Agile SDLC environments.
  • Experience collaborating with development teams on software development, enhancements, maintenance, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience presenting application demonstrations and design changes to stakeholders.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management and development tools.
  • Knowledge of responsive web design principles and implementation.
  • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessibility implementation.
  • Previous experience working with TDA systems is preferred.
