About Us

We are a premier limousine and chauffeured transportation company serving the Philadelphia region and surrounding markets. Our focus is on delivering reliable, high-end service to corporate, airport, and private clients.

We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager with a strong background in the chauffeured transportation industry to lead our dispatch operation and team.


Position Summary

The Dispatch Manager will oversee all daily dispatch operations while directly managing a team of dispatchers. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient trip execution, proper staffing coverage, and exceptional service delivery across all bookings.

Industry experience in limousine, black car, or chauffeured transportation is required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all dispatch operations in real time
  • Supervise, train, and lead a team of dispatchers
  • Create, manage, and adjust the dispatch team’s schedules to ensure proper coverage (including nights, weekends, and peak demand periods)
  • Assign trips strategically based on driver availability, location, and service level
  • Monitor live fleet activity and respond proactively to delays or service issues
  • Act as the primary escalation point for dispatchers, chauffeurs, and service disruptions
  • Coordinate high-volume corporate, airport, and event transportation logistics
  • Ensure all trips are executed accurately and on time
  • Maintain communication between dispatch, chauffeurs, reservations, and management
  • Enforce company policies, service standards, and operational procedures
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of dispatch experience within the limousine, black car, or chauffeured transportation industry (REQUIRED)
  • Prior experience managing or supervising dispatchers or operational staff (REQUIRED)
  • Proven ability to manage schedules and staffing in a 24/7 or extended-hours operation
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with dispatch and fleet management systems (GPS tracking, routing software, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Philadelphia and surrounding regional geography
