Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Summary:
You will be the service crew's leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Responsibilities:
  • Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
  • Roof maintenance and repairs
  • Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
  • Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
  • A valid driver's license
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
  • Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
  • Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
  • Technology savvy

Working Conditions:
  • Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
  • Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
