Respiratory Therapist II opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Respiratory Therapist II position. Under the supervision of the Pulmonology Medical Director and the Specialty Practice Manager, the Respiratory Therapist/Pulmonary Function Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive outpatient respiratory care, diagnostic testing, patient education, and disease management services in accordance with physician orders, clinic policies, and regulatory standards. This role focuses on supporting patients with chronic and acute pulmonary conditions in an ambulatory setting to improve lung function, quality of life, and self-management skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
  • Associates degree or higher in Respiratory Care
  • Registered or Certified by NBRC (Natl Board of Resp Care)
  • MT state license in Respiratory Care
  • BLS at hire, ACLS or obtained within six months of hire.
  • CPFT or RPFT or obtained within six months of hire.

Experience:
  • Experience in pulmonary diagnostics, RT patient education, inpatient and outpatient respiratory care preferred

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
