Practice Manager opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Practice Manager position in our Medical Clinics. The Practice Manager provides effective leadership and accountability for the daily operations, development and success of multiple medical clinics. The manager will participate in multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement and promote care delivery processes that are in alignment with strategic organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Licensures, Certifications, Registrations: Associate's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must possess strong communication skills. Ability to motivate and influence the clinical teams to achieve consistently high quality of work and an excellent customer service environment.
  • Experience: Three years or more management experience, preferably in healthcare or equivalent education and experience. Current or prior leadership training may be considered in lieu of experience. Experience working with medical providers and nurses, preferably in clinic setting
