• Build and nurture trusting relationships with clients through empathetic listening and meaningful engagement.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose a variety of mental health disorders, utilizing tools such as psychological evaluations and clinical interviews.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances, ensuring alignment with their goals and therapeutic needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, including skill-building workshops aimed at enhancing coping strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed to deliver comprehensive care.

• Current and valid State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital documentation systems will be beneficial.
• Advanced training in specific therapy modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or family systems therapy, is a plus.

At Bison Counseling Center, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
