Birthday Party Instructor (Part-Time)

At The Little Gym, we don't just host birthday parties-we create Awesome Birthday Bash experiences that families remember forever. We're looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing team member to lead and host weekend birthday parties.
Schedule & Location
Part-time weekends:
  • Saturdays: 1:00-5:30 PM
  • Sundays: 11:30 AM-4:00 PM
  • Hours are based on party bookings, so shifts can vary from week to week.
  • This is not a seasonal or summer-only position. We're looking for team members who are excited to grow with us and become a long-term part of our amazing community.

What You'll Do
  • Lead high-energy, structured birthday parties for children of all ages
  • Run games, activities, and gym time while keeping kids engaged and having fun
  • Take charge of the full party experience-from start to finish
  • Create a smooth, stress-free experience for parents (they're here to celebrate-we handle the rest!)
  • Adapt to different group sizes, personalities, and energy levels
  • Support set-up, transitions, and clean-up to ensure parties run seamlessly
