Spring Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will engage with children and their families to provide essential support in the early developmental stages, particularly focusing on children with disabilities or delays. Your expertise will help facilitate crucial evaluations and assessments to ensure children receive tailored interventions that enhance their developmental skills.

This position will operate remotely, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that you can effectively connect with clients through virtual platforms. As part of a community health clinic, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including pediatricians, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, fostering an integrated approach to early intervention services.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique skills and challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education, resources, and ongoing support to families, empowering them to engage in their child's development effectively.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while adhering to ethical standards in social work practice.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to adapt to various learning styles and foster a nurturing environment for children.

This position will focus primarily on children from birth to three years of age who exhibit developmental delays and disabilities. You will work closely with families to provide the crucial support they need, ensuring that each child has the opportunity to achieve developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for any required in-person engagements.
• Proficiency in employing a variety of learning styles and interventions to meet the diverse needs of children and families.
• Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, ensuring support occurs within the context of family and community.

• At least two years of experience working with children in early intervention settings, demonstrating a strong understanding of developmental milestones and best practices.
• Experience in working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate services and resources.
• Prior involvement with Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and experience monitoring developmental progress.
